We may terminate services immediately for non-payment, breach of terms, or if continuation would be illegal or unethical. Upon termination, we will deliver completed work and refund any prepaid amounts for incomplete work.

11. Support and Maintenance

Post-launch support options include:

• Monthly maintenance retainers
• On-demand support at hourly rates
• Priority response times for retainer clients

12. Dispute Resolution
